1 After Purchasing the licence

The purchaser will be emailed a cryptographically signed licence, a link to download and install Seque, and documentation. Paid renewals update that licence automatically on an authenticated installation; customers do not need to reinstall a licence each month.

2 Trial

The 7-day free trial grants access to all Team plan features. No payment details are required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be suspended unless you activate a paid subscription.

3 Billing

Online subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment method offered at checkout, issues the transaction document, and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Team and Enterprise monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Individual, Team and Enterprise annual subscriptions are billed once, in advance, for the year. Increasing a Team or Enterprise quantity adds another complete 25-seat unit.

If you cancel, future renewal is stopped and you retain access until the paid-through date shown for your subscription by Lemon Squeezy. That may be any day of the month. There is no automatic prorated refund for an unused part of a paid subscription period, subject always to applicable law and the exceptions in the Refund Policy.

4 Price Changes

DFORUM may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
